Storyline

Ryuji Hirasaka, a doctor with a troubled past and severe personality issues, is known for his disdain towards others, viewing them solely as subjects for his experiments. His career has been marked by controversy and failure. When he receives a temporary offer to work at St. Juliana Hospital, he is met with a surprise—Narumi Jinguji, one of his former victims.

Narumi presents him with an unusual proposal: to create the world’s most corrupt hospital ward.
